School Health Checks

Some of the health checks that the kids go through at school here are crazy. Last year I watched them get probed in the ear, nose examined, tounge scraped and blood taken. This year, they all need to pee in a cup! What the hell? I don’t remember doing anything like this at my school. I asked the girlfriend, she said they all had to dump in a cup also when she went to school.

So, so wrong.

Why is it wrong? Because you whtities/Americans/other assorted white people don’t do it, or care for the health of children anywhere near as much, and this live shorter, more obese, disease-ridden lives?

I’m sick and I’m tired of you neo-imperialists judging Japan. Your forefathers raped it over and over and did so quite enough. You white people have made Japan into what you wanted. Now stay quiet or f*** off.

I disagree that the Japanese people care for their children more than other cultures. The stuff some of these kids go through is just plain torture. How can you say that ‘our’ forefathers raped this country? They were the ones that declared war first. Besides, I’m pretty sure New Zealand didn’t have any effect on the Japanese during the war.

Not saying you are wrong as its your own opinion. But I don’t think you have a right to complain on behalf of the Japanese people. Also I disagree with your idea that “White People” have “Made Japan into what we have wanted”. I assume you are not living here otherwise you may have noted that since the Meiji period a lot of business practices etc haven’t changed a lot.

Did I say Japan cares for its children more? No, though I would argue it does solely on the merit that it does not instill in its children the arrogant narcissism and spiteful arrogance the white people do in their children. I do indeed say and argue Japan cares and focuses much more on the health of its children - end result being nowhere near the number of white McFatty children that populate this planet.

Whether you disagree on whether the Japanese care for their children more or less is a moot point as it is no way what I said - learn to paraphrase. What is the point is your maligning of a school health practice that is aimed at countering preventable diseases. Urine tests and stool samples are as much a pactrice in Western countries as they are here in Japan - the difference is that they are routine in Japan to prevent disease, whereas in Western countries it is far more done after a problem arises. Japan is undoubtedly a healthier, far less obese and food-conscious society than any Western society or arguably other society is.

Have a right to complain on the behalf of the Japanese people? Are you mad, or having a laugh? When I see arrogant white men like you making judgments wrongly on peoples I have no right to speak unless I am of that race?

White people have been the cancer of humanity for centuries, ever since your Dutch, German, Russian, British, French, Italian and Spanish forefathers decided the world was their raping ground and acted accordingly. Japan was the victim of encirclement - the only in-depth study of the Tokyo Trials, and that too by an American white man, ‘Victor’s Justice’ by Richard H. Minear - comes to this very conclusion. You are ignorant and arrogant to believe that Japan actually ’started’ the war. You probably also believe that your whitie Allies did no wrong in the war and committed no war crimes, and would deny the established fact that Allied troops, being the arrogant, filthy, the-Asian-are-our-rapething thugs that they are, raped over 20 000 Japanese women during the Occupation, 10 000 of them in Okinawa alone. The American and Allied occupation raped the Japanese psyche and instilled in it the white-man worship that continues at all expense and in defiance of all sense to this day.

Just look at you. You are a white man, ‘teaching’ English to children in Japan - and you cannot even spell ‘a lot’ as the two separate words that term is, despite two attempts to do so, nor is that your only grammar misstep. You cannot even speak or type your own language correctly - and think you have the right to come to Japan to ‘teach’ it?

You whites have certainly made Japan into your plaything, and the arrogant whites parading up and down Japan every day are a reminder of this. I’m not saying erase it, as you likely cannot - but at least recognize that you hold, were bred into, were raised with, and have grown up with a white supremacist mindset, as do all whites.

I am not going to bother trying to defend myself as to the grammar mistakes. I am comfortable with my level of English and believe that I am truly helping the kids over here not only learn but also enjoy English and the benefits it can provide to an individual. I don’t really care that I don’t have perfect English - it’s not a big deal for me.

As to your argument regarding the way my forefathers have treated Japan (you would have to go back a far way in my family - I don’t know enough about my family tree to claim we had no involvement at all) I couldn’t care less. I don’t believe that I should be accountable for something someone other than me has done. Your argument borders on racism - Its literally unfair to claim that white people “have been the cancer of humanity” - that’s like saying all Japanese people love fish, all French people are cowards and all Americans are stupid. I don’t believe that the actions of the allies in the war against Japan were justified - but when are they?

You fail to point out that Japan also raped thousands of Chinese people during the war - are they excused because they are not ‘white’?

I agree that we have been brought up in a completely different society, and I am not trying to force this onto anyone, but I think we should share our differences to broaden understanding of other cultures.

I would back this up with research, but I am not as determined as you to make a point. If you would like to have a educated debate I would suggest you find a forum with other people that care about this kind of thing.

This blog is more for me, as a diary of things I have seen and done in Japan - so it is all my own opinions. Some people may find it interesting, others not so much.

What line of work are you in to be interested in these ‘issues’?
And what was your issue with my post in the beginning? My statement that it’s “So, so wrong”?

Ill also fix the grammar for you, but not all of it.
